Sugar


Sugar (Sucrose) contains 50% Glucose and 50% Fructose. The Glucose is Ok but too much of it causes Type 2 Diabetes. Fructose is converted in to Fat and really bad Cholesterol. The typical Western diet has far too much sugar to be healthy. Eliminate sugar from your diet and only consume it through natural whole foods such as fruit. You will lose weight and your cholesterol will fall. Eat Flax Seed meal and Avocadoes to increase your good cholesterol levels. Do not use artificial sweeteners. Sugar is addictive and it turns off your ability to say “I have had enough to eat”, so you eat more and more. Check the side panel of processed foods for sugar content. It will shock you.
